Meerland is a property development business, primarily focused on residential property. We have developed houses, small complexes and blocks of flats for our own account and acted as subcontractors for many developers in specialised construction area’s such as specialised foundations, cast on site (in-situ) concrete slabs and columns for multi story buildings, walk in safes, stair cases and steel structures. We excel at difficult projects such as the 6-storey fire escape staircase replacement in a down town building with very limited access possibilities.

Together with our related business Bloemfontein Builders and Interior we do brickwork and built-in cupboards and kitchens.

Meerland has an NHBRC registration and has completed approximately 45 units without any claims against it since inception more than 12 years ago
